Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a warranty issue or a general complaint with a product,
you may want to try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
If you would like to make a return request, please email wecare@THEBABYCART.COM with your order number (as quoted in the subject
line of your “Order Update” emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and we actually don’t need a reason for the return, one of our
friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps! You can also just give us a call

Any return can be exchanged for store credit or another product, or of course, a full refund.
