On TheBabyCart.com website we have created various shortcuts and access points for you to create your ‘Gift Registry’. You can access this from the ‘Gift Registry’ icon on the top right-hand side of the site or directly from ‘My Account’. Adding items couldn’t be simpler, all you need to do is click ‘Add to Gift Registry’ for each item you desire and you can easily view a summary from the same access points. Once complete all you need to do is fill in the details of the ‘Gift Registry’ and follow the steps to ensure all data entered is correct.

 

What happens if I am not available at home at the time of my delivery?

If you miss the delivery during your delivery window time frame then your order will be returned to our warehouse. You will then receive a notification via email to arrange for an alternative delivery time, which we will try to accommodate. However if you are aware in advance of such changes then please contact our customer service helpline to notify us and request a more suitable time accordingly.

Yes, you can access our site from your mobile phone or tablet at ease.

 

What are the payment options available on TheBabyCart.com?

For your convenience, we try to offer the best payment options. All our methods of payment are certified by independent safety organizations. You have the option to pay by ‘Cash on Delivery’. TheBabyCart.com will soon also offer you the option to pay online via ‘Credit Card’. You will be promptly notified once this payment option is available.

What steps should I be aware of when returning an item I have purchased from TheBabyCart.com?

In order for TheBabyCart.com to maintain the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction, orders cannot be returned with the same driver delivering it. The package must be paid for and received first and then if there are any issues the normal return process can be followed.

 

What are TheBabyCart.com’s return & exchange policies/procedures?

Our goal at TheBabyCart.com is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience, so if you bought a product and you don’t like it for any reason, you have 14 days for a free return and you get 100% of your money back. We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. If you would like to make a return request, please email wecare@thebabycart.com with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Update” emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and we actually don’t need a reason for the return, one of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps! You can also just give us a call anytime. All our contact information is under the “contact us” section on this site. Any return can be exchanged for store credit or another product, or of course, a full refund.

 

What if I have an issue with a product I have purchased from TheBabyCart.com?

As we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell, in case of a warranty issue or a general complaint about the product it would be best for you to try contacting the manufacturer with your enquiry via the number available on the packaging.

 

What is a ‘Special Item’?

‘Special Items’ are those items/products that require special handling and delivery/shipping and therefore will take us more time to deliver to you. You will NOT be charged any extra shipping costs on special items. However for your information, the time required for a special item delivery ranges between 3-9 days.

 

How can I redeem the allowance on my ‘Gift Card’?

Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the TheBabyCart.com web site toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the difference must be paid with an additional payment method. TheBabyCart.com may provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates. To redeem or view Gift Certificate balances, visit "My Account" on TheBabyCart.com.

 

What happens if I lose my Gift Card? 

The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
